It has been nearly 30 days since the devastating Los Angeles wildfires tore through communities, leaving families displaced and futures uncertain. The road to recovery is long, but one thing remains certain—our community is strong, resilient, and dedicated to providing relief for those affected.

At Bennd, we believe in using our platform to uplift those in need, and since the fires began, we have committed a portion of our sales to directly support families rebuilding their lives.

This February, we are honored to dedicate our monthly proceeds to Ramon and his family, who lost their home and everything they owned in the fires. Their story is one of heartbreak, resilience, and unwavering hope. 

Ramon is a loving father and a devoted dad to his young son, a passionate culinary teacher inspiring high school students at Chatsworth High School, and an ambitious small business owner who brings people together through his pop-up food events across Los Angeles.

After moving back into his family home to support his mother following the loss of their father a few years ago, they are facing further hardship. Ramon and his family have lost everything - All that remains standing of their loving home of more than 30 years is the brick fireplace.

A Long Road to Recovery

The reality is that recovery doesn't happen overnight. In the aftermath of such devastation, families like Ramon's are faced with finding shelter and rebuilding their lives from the ground up. The emotional toll is just as profound as the financial one, and our collective support is crucial in easing this burden.
